How much is that doggy in the window? Our neighbors recently
got a dog which we don't particularly care for because they don't clean up after it. But the boys are entertained for long spans of time watching it chase it's own tail and jump at any noise in the complex. Some of Daniel's first attempts to speak has been in imitating it's bark. The dog seems equally entertained by the boys staring at him from the other side of the window, so it's a nice arrangement. And Jerren thinks we need a cat. HA!
This is just before Daniel's first haircut. He has his mother's out-of-control curls and it was time to chop them before he started looking like a girl. He wasn't too excited about sitting there with scissors by his head, but he survived. We didn't get any after pictures, but his curls are still very present, even with a shorter do. Well, at least it's a cleaner cut and we survived that milestone.

St. Patrick's day was the same day as our Relief Society Birthday dinner where our theme was "Daughter of a King." We all got to wear crowns during the dinner and they handed out as many as they could after the event. I took a few home to my very princely boys who fell in love with them as soon as they saw them (well, not so much Jerren, but he was a good sport and jumped right in to the fun). I have such a handsome royal family!

We recently saw the need to upgrade Jonas's bed. He kept rolling over in the middle of the night to smash his head on the headboard or side rail of his toddler bed. We got a bit exhausted of waking up a few times night too console our screaming child who "bonk-ed" his head so we got a bunk bed for the boys and this is Jonas's twin half of it. Problem solved! His new favorite thing now is to pull his comforter up and all the way around him making a very cozy nest.
